Privacy policy

This policy covers the Formwell bot for Discord and the website formwell.tuper.app. Formwell is made by tuper (tuper.app). Contact: formwell@tuper.app.

What Formwell stores

• Form setup that server staff create: form names, titles, questions, and the IDs of the server, channels and roles they pick.
• Submissions: the answers a member types into a form, the member's Discord user ID, the time, and the review result (status, the reviewer's user ID and any deny reason).
• Unfinished multi-page forms: answers from earlier pages, kept for up to 30 minutes so the member can continue, then deleted.
• Plan status: whether a server has Formwell Pro and until when.

Formwell does not read messages in your channels (it does not request the Message Content intent), and it does not collect member lists, IP addresses, or anything a member did not type into a Formwell form.

How it is used

Submissions are posted to the review channel the server chose, shown to that server's staff, and included in CSV exports that server's staff request. When staff accept or deny, Formwell gives the chosen role and sends the member a direct message with the result. We use the data only to run Formwell for that server. We do not sell or share it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Where it is kept and for how long

Data is stored in a database on a server we run; it is not copied to other services. Submissions stay until the server's staff delete the form (which deletes its submissions) or ask us to delete them. If Formwell is removed from a server, write to us and we delete that server's data within 30 days.

Members' rights

A member can ask the server's staff, or us at formwell@tuper.app, to see or delete their submissions. Tell us the server and your Discord user ID; we may check with the server's staff before deleting records they rely on.

The website

formwell.tuper.app uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time and the plan you were interested in, and use them only to email you about Formwell. Reply to any email or write to us to be removed, and we delete the address.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are sold by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive your email, the Discord server ID the subscription is for, and the subscription status, never your card number.

Discord

Formwell runs on Discord and follows the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Discord's own handling of your data is covered by Discord's privacy policy.
